Try it! Take any notebook you have and start writing. If you like my photographs, you can also order notebooks with the pics of the cover. But any notebook will do.
And to stretch the idea a bit further - start discussing with your family and friends of the good things in life. At dinner table for example. Perhaps the good habit catches!

I sell my books directly too - the ebooks are cheap to buy and the big e-stores don't share much to the author.
